I booked a superior room since there were three of us in the room. Our daughter used the couch bed in living area and was very comfortable. The room was on the 7th floor looking out to the rear of the hotel. From the large balcony we had wonderful views to the north of Madrid and the mountains in the distance. We had a wonderful stay and all the staff were kind and courteous.

I had a wonderful 6 days staying at the VP Jardin Metropolitano... all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate - clean, comfortable and spacious - I felt safe and grateful. The underground is only a couple of minutes away, and I walked into the centre a couple of times... it took an hour but the route was lovely, and there were some great coffee stops on the way. Will definitely stay there again when I return

This is my fourth stay at the hotel. It is now our first choice, for my wife and I, if visiting the Madrid area. The rooms are a good size, clean, well-presented, well-equipped and a great place to rest and relax. We like the location, so close to the metro lines - a quick journey to the city centre and the tourist areas. Cuatro Caminos is a lively neighbourhood with many bars, shops, places for breakfast - and not far to walk to Nuevos Ministerios, the business district, or even to the Bernabeu stadum. I'm happy to recommend this is a great place for a base in Madrid.

Maravillosos alojamientos y ubicación conveniente. Fácil acceso a taxi, tren, cafetería y supermercado de 24 horas. El único inconveniente fue que su restaurante estaba cerrado debido a COVID, pero una gran experiencia.

This was our first stay at the Metropolitano and we were impressed with the hotel, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were also very pleased with our room (suite) which was spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean and well maintained each day. Having a separate spa bath and shower together with a lounge which had no less than 2 sofas and a separate television, not to mention the balcony was a real treat. Breakfast service had everything you neeeded realistically and you could order freshly cooked food if desired. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Madrid. Metro stop on the doorstep so convenient for visiting anywhere in the city. The hotel was good value for money, extremely clean with comfortable bedrooms, what more do you need?

Wonderful stay all the way! The kindest staff and a good, clean, comfortbale room with good views of the city. The breakfast is generous, and the overall feel is luxurious yet not budget-busting. I will stay here all the time, whenver I am in Madrid.

Lovely hotel, couldn’t fault it. Excellent choices for breakfast with the added bonus you didn’t have to rush as service finished at 11am. Location was brilliant with easy access to metro to get to the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Madrid.

The best hotel in our five plus week The staff is the best trained personnel that we have found in our five year traveling throughout the world The hotel itself is superb, elegant, super clean with excellent restaurant and cafeteria. The reception staff did a fantastic job for all our needs and requests We recommend the Hotel VP Jardín Metropolitano as the best beyond our home We shall return with our entire personnel as well as with our family

Great hotel. Great location. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. Even have a pillow service ( if you have trouble sleeping they offer different pillows to help). Breakfast is excellent, great choice of pastries, meat,, fresh fruit, cereal and they will cook eggs and bacon if requested. Central location with the metro less than a minute away. Lots of restaurants and shops close even a McDonald, Kfc and Aldi. We went to visit the Real Madrid Santiago Bernabau stadium and that was literally a 20 minute walk away. So impressed with our short stay (5days) would definitely recommend .

Great location - close to the Metro and walking distance to many sights, restaurants, shopping, etc. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Cuatro Caminos.
